FALL 2006 CONTEST

 

Entries will be placed into one category:

1.  Templates

1.  All Entries must be received by midnight (pst) December 15, 2005
2.  Entries must use at least one of  Fairytale Creations products.
3.  Entries can be emailed in any image format to contest@fairytalecreations.com

Entries must include the following information:

Children's category: Guardian or Parent Name, Childs First Name, Age, Address, Phone Number, Email Address and a brief description of techniques and products used.

 Adult's Category: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address and a brief description of techniques and products used.

(When layout is posted on website only the following information will appear: First Name, Age (children's category) and brief description.) The rest of the information is for use by FairyTale Creations only so winners can be notified.
4.  One entry per person.
5.  Entry can be a one or two page layout.
6.  FairyTale Scrapbook Creations, Inc. is not liable for lost or distorted images.
7.  When an entry is submitted, the creator is giving permission to FairyTale Scrapbook Creations, Inc. to use this layout in promotions for the Fall Contest.
8.  Winners will be notified by December 20, 2006 by email or phone.
9.  Winners will receive 10 FairyTale Creations Templates (excluding 12 x 12 templates), as well as recognition in our online gallery.  Prizes can only be claimed directly through FairyTale Scrapbook Creations, Inc.
